All standard party packages include 1 hour of your chosen activity and 1 hour in our private party room. Base pricing includes a set number of children; additional guests are $10 per child up to the room’s maximum capacity.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Structured Timeline: 1 hour of your chosen activity followed by 1 hour of party room time
- Furniture & Setup: Our staff handles the setup of all tables and chairs
- Cold Storage: Access to a shared refrigerator and freezer is available for your cake and food
- Waivers: All guests must sign a facility waiver before participating
Note: You are responsible for all decorations, food, drinks, and party supplies.
- Hanging Decor: You may use painter’s tape or mounting putty only to hang decorations on the walls. Duct tape, scotch tape, thumbtacks, and nails are strictly prohibited
- Prohibited Items: Confetti, glitter, and open flames are strictly forbidden
- Strict Timelines: Party times are exactly two hours long and end times are strictly enforced
- Swim First, Eat Second: Swim time is for the first hour of the party and must happen before any food or cake is consumed
- Eat 1 Hour Prior: We strongly recommend that no food is consumed 1 hour before swimming. If a guest vomits in the pool, the pool must close immediately for chemical cleaning – cutting your party short
- Supervision Requirements:
- Children 6 and under must be in the water with an adult
- Children 12 and under must have an adult supervising from the pool deck
- Non-swimmers using flotation devices must have a parent/guardian in the water within arm’s reach
- Swimwear & Diapers: Only proper swimsuits are allowed in the pool (no street clothes or shoes on the pool deck). Children not fully potty trained must wear reusable swim diapers with snug elastic. Diaper changes must happen in the Family Locker Room, not poolside
- Life Jackets: Only U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets are permitted. You may bring your own or sign one out for free from our Lifeguard Room

- Red Cross Safety: We follow strict American Red Cross thunderstorm guidelines. At the first sound of thunder or sight of lightning, the pool will close for at least 30 minutes
- Refunds: Time lost due to weather closures is non-refundable and non-reschedulable. However, when possible, our team will offer alternative indoor activities to keep the fun going
- Non-Refundable Deposit: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time
- Credit Card on File: A completed Credit Card Authorization Form must be kept on file to process final balances and any additional guest fees

How to Check Availability
To ensure fairness and efficiency, all facility rentals are handled on a strict first-come, first-served basis. Because our calendar changes rapidly, the absolute best and fastest way to request your date and time is by submitting the online form.
Note: Calling or emailing to check availability will not hold a room or reserve a spot on our calendar. You must submit the online form to start the review process.
Before opening the form, make sure you have finalized:
- Review the Swim Party Rules & Guidelines (If you’re booking a swim party)
- Which party theme/type you’re interested in
- Your preferred date (it is always good to have a backup date in mind!)

Once you hit submit, your request enters our automated reservation queue.
- We will review our master calendar and get back to you within 72 business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM) with an availability update and next steps.
During our peak busy seasons, response times may take a little longer as we process high volumes of requests. We appreciate your patience!
